I’m listening to RT topics, and some are published, but others are not, why?

There are 3 possible cases:

• Topics with + in Publishing Frequency are published only when arm is powered on

• Topics with T in Publishing Frequency are published only when value changes. For some analog changes there is a threshold (for example temperature publishes when it changes more than 0.5°C)
